How we approach this service
We first define what AI should do and how its output will be assessed. For text generation, interpreting user input or another product-specific flow, we make the expected result explicit. Model selection considers quality, response time and operating cost rather than relying on an impressive demo alone.
When integrating the model into the interface and business workflow, we also consider incorrect responses, delays and service outages.
